Green Canyon Resort is a family-run resort where friendliness, communication, and respect are essential.
Our multilingual team (5+ languages spoken) is always happy to assist and to help resolve any issue quickly.
Bungalows & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the bungalow and resort facilities during their stay.
Any damage must be reported immediately.
Undeclared damage discovered after check-out may be charged in full.
The resort reserves the right to request reimbursement within 48 hours after check-out.
Swimming Pool
The pool is open at all times, with no fixed hours.
Please respect quietness and other guests, especially in the evening and at night.
Animals & Nature
The resort is home to two large dogs and two cats.
Located in a tropical garden, occasional insects or animals from outside may be present.
By staying with us, guests accept this natural environment.
External Partners
We may recommend external partners (scooter or car rental, tours, taxi) as a courtesy service.
These partners are independent third parties.
Green Canyon Resort assumes no responsibility for any issue involving these services.
Any agreement is strictly between the guest and the partner.
Respect & Stay Conditions
Respect for other guests, staff, animals, and the property is required at all times.
Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of the stay without refund.
